We've dedicated a special tax to gather rewards from other people trading the token and we will use these rewards to pay people who will join our team.
These rewards will be split among team members on a schedule.
Now we cannot say if your share will be worth a fair bit of $ or not, that depends entirely on the trading volume and the price of the token, so we cannot make any promises as to the amount of payment a moderator will receive per month.

What is expected of you?
There is no fixed schedule that you have to keep, however there is the expectation that you should be online and somewhat active whenever you can.
You can be at work, or in bed watching a movie, do whatever you please, all we ask is that you keep your phone nearby and have a look over the community activity now and then, to spot possible questions from investors or to clean up the chat from spam.
Your input and ideas about various things related to the project would not only be expected but also welcomed and taken into consideration in order to increase the success of WAIFU.
You're also encouraged to come up with new ideas to move the project forward and to keep the community healthy, active and engaged
Who can apply for the job?
Anyone can !
Doesn't matter where you're from and how big is your wallet, if you have a grasp on the english language and you're the kind of person who likes to be part of a team and answer the same repetitive questions over and over again from various investors day and night, then you may just be a good fit for the team.
At the very beginning of the project, we will consider applications for team positions mostly from people who have shown to be active and helpful in the past in other communities.
This is in order to ensure that we gather only a certain kind of people, those who have felt the need, across time, to help their fellow community members, so that means there are higher odds of picking people of integrity.
Changes going forward
After some time, once our community has grown enough in size and activity, we will start picking more team members from inside our own WAIFU community, based on activity and quality of their character and messages posted in chat and their willingness to work with the team.
The community can also suggest if someone from the existing team is just not a good match for the project, in order to let in other people who are are more active or more willing to help out with the various tasks at hand.
